All products sold through Keyronics are digital game keys delivered electronically via email or user account. As such, there is no physical product to return.
Once a digital key has been delivered, it is considered “used” and non-refundable unless otherwise stated below.
We may issue a refund under the following conditions:
a) Unused Keys
If the key has not been revealed or activated, and you request a refund within 14 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund.
b) Invalid or Non-Working Keys
If the key you received is invalid, does not work, or cannot be activated as described, please contact us immediately. We will either:
Replace the key with a valid one, or
Offer a full refund after verifying the issue
Proof of the error (such as a screenshot of the activation message) may be required.
c) Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once, please notify us. If none of the keys have been activated, we may refund or exchange the duplicate.
We cannot offer refunds under the following conditions:
The key has already been revealed and/or activated
You changed your mind after purchase
You did not meet the system requirements of the game
You purchased the wrong product for your platform or region
You failed to use a promo code or discount at checkout
To request a refund, please email us at support@keyronics.com with the following details:
Your full name and order number
A brief explanation of the issue
Any relevant screenshots or error messages
We will review your request within 1–3 business days and notify you of the outcome.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your Keyronics account being permanently suspended. We encourage you to contact our support team so we can resolve any issues quickly and fairly.
For security reasons, we reserve the right to decline refund requests if we detect suspicious activity, such as account abuse, excessive refund claims, or attempts to resell activated keys.
We may update this Refund & Returns Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
